Turn on Bluetooth
After you've checked that your Windows 10 PC supports Bluetooth, you'll need to turn it on. Here's how:
In Settings
Select Start > Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices, and turn on Bluetooth.
In action center
Action center can be found next to time and date on your taskbar. On the taskbar, select action center ( or ), then select Bluetooth to turn it on. If it's turned off, it might appear as Not connected.
If you don't see Bluetooth in your action center, here's how you can change it:
- Expand quick actions. On the taskbar, select action center ( or ) > Expand. Bluetooth should appear here. It will appear as Bluetooth or Not connected.
- Add Bluetooth to action center. Select Start > Settings > System > Notifications & actions > Quick actions. Go to Add or remove quick actions and turn on Bluetooth.

2. Load the venue’s restaurant.
3. Log in as Admin.
4. Tap Admin | Admin Settings in the top right.
5. Tap Printers & KDS.
6. Tap Add in the top right-hand corner, and select Add Printer.
7. Wait a few moments for your printer (or printers) to appear in the New Printer screen. Tap your printer in the list.
8. After selecting your printer, tap Next.
9. Tap Printer Name.
10. Either type a name for your new printer in the Name field, or make a selection from the list, for example Receipt.
11. Tap Print Test Page.
12. Tap Save.

We do not recommend placing the printer in a place more than 10 feet (3 meters) from your connected iPad. Also note, Bluetooth offers a slower data transmission rate compared to Ethernet. You will find with a Bluetooth printer it will be a bit slower than a LAN printer when printing receipts and tickets.
